Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Payment methods accepted: Debit Card/Credit Card/IMPS/RTGS/NEFT/Paytm/Google Pay/Cash.
- Confirmed dates/days may be altered/cancelled only if intimation in writing reaches us within the below-mentioned periods respectively:
- Prior to 7 days of check-in dates, 25% of the total booking will be charged.
- Prior to 5 days of check-in dates, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
- Prior to 2 days of check-in dates, 75% of the total booking will be charged.
- Prior to 1 day of check-in dates, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- The balance amount will be refunded within 2-7 working days.
